One2Go Insure is a brand name owned by Euro-Pro Company LTD.

Euro-Pro Company LTD is a Thailand entity and governed by Thai and International Law.

This agreement consists of the terms and conditions for One2Go Insure and describes what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase an insurance product/s through this website.

In addition to your obligations as a customer, any person(s) receiving products from us shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted these terms and conditions which shall be binding on the customer.

The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, and ‘One2Go Insure’ refer to ‘Euro-Pro Company LTD’.

 

OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU

 

1. PRODUCTS

One2Go Insure, and by extension the associated brokers and agents, sell a variety of personal and business Insurance products’. Please Note: All our medical and travel policies include coverage for the Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID – 19) up to the stated cover cost.

 

2. 24-HOUR HOT LINE

Our 24-hour Hot Line Number is directed to your Insurance Company, We ‘The Broker’ hold no responsibility for the quality, response time or decision made by them. However, if you have any complication connecting to your insurance company, you may send an email correspondence, please email ‘[email protected]’ (Please also see our claims form on the website).

 

3. PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS

Your premium payments are due on the policy start date, annual renewal dates and any monthly intervals as agreed in your ‘Credit Agreement’ with us. We are entitled to cancel your policy if any premiums are not paid as per the cancellation condition in your policy. If we cancel your policy for non-payment, the policy will end, all benefits under the policy will cease and you will not be refunded any premiums that have already been paid.

 

4. CANCELLATION BY US

We have the right to cancel your policy if payment has not been received. In the case of monthly instalments, we have the right to cancel your policy if payment is 7 or more calendar days late. Cancelation made by us will be notified to you in the form of an email to your last known email address. There is no refund of premium in the case of any canceled policy due to nonpayment or late payment. In the case of policy coverage for a customer that already departed their home country, there will be a 7 day waiting period before any policy commences, unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. OUR LIABILITY

One2Go Insure does not guarantee the accuracy, disclaim all liability for any errors (including, without limitation, the pricing, general product descriptions, etc.) to any insurance products published on this website including pricing errors. One2Go Insure expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or other information on our website and/or quotations made under an incorrect price at any time, and you agree that One2Go Insure shall not be held responsible by you in all such instances.

 

6. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Website may contain links to websites operated by other parties other than One2 Go Insure. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to the user to take precautions to ensure that whatever links are selected or software downloaded is free of items such as viruses etc. Our inclusion of links to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material or products or any association with their operators.

 

7. COMPLAINTS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to do our very best in ensuring we deliver the highest level of customer service, as reasonably expected. However, if for some reason we have fallen short of your expectations, your feedback is encouraged and is very important. If you have a complaint arising out of what we have agreed to provide, please let us know at the earliest opportunity by email, at ‘[email protected]. All complaints will be dealt with by our internal office management team.

 

8. PRE-CONDITION AND EXCLUSIONS

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to provide true and accurate descriptions of any pre-existing medical conditions, any on-going health problems or any other information which may have relevance to the product. One2Go Insure will not be responsible for any cancelation of a policy or denial of medical treatment that may result from any misrepresentation, false declarations or failure to declare. All pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed and One2Go Insure may ask for medical notes and a list of medication prescribed. In the case of any medical condition not being fully disclosed by you, One2Go Insure reserves the right to cancel any policy immediately. Please Note: In many individual cases the customer will be granted coverage with the exclusion of disclosed medical problems, each case is individually assessed.

 

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US

 

1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing your insurance with us, using our website and clicking the submit button, you are agreeing to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent (family, business’ or groups) to comply with all terms and conditions, including the payment of all premiums when due. You agree that any violation, nonpayment or late payment of any such form that may result in a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the cancellation of your policy.

You represent and warrant that:

(a) You are of sufficient age and of sound mind to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use,

(b) You are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf,

(c) The information supplied by you is true and correct. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.

 

2. CHANGES BY YOU

You have the right to request changes to your policy. All requests must be received by email. We ‘The Broker’ will not be liable for any changes not granted by the insurance company. Please note: Changes we make to your policy may also cause changes to your premium.

 

3. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR POLICY

You have the right to cancel your insurance policy before the start date, each case will be individually assessed before any refund is given. One2cal Insurance reserves the right to charge a 20% administration fee in the case of a refund. Please note: No refund will be given for a policy that has already commenced.

 

4. BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES

Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are paying for your insurance on this website and outside of Thailand banking jurisdiction, you may be subject to these said fees. Your bank may also convert the payment amount from your local currency and charge you a foreign exchange conversion fee.

The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rates applied to your purchase, please contact your bank.

 

5. PRIVACY POLICY

You consent to our processing and sharing of personal information about you and other members of your party that you have provided to us in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have read and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
